NIO Practice is an AI-powered exam preparation platform supporting students across competitive exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, GATE, CLAT, and UPSC. It offers 10,000+ questions, PYQs, mock tests, and an AI chatbot to deliver personalized, structured learning through an intuitive interface. The platform focuses on smart practice, topic-level mastery, and real-time performance tracking to boost exam readiness.
I designed the test creation flow, analytics dashboard, and practice hub for better clarity and decision-making. This led to 28% increase in test completion rate and 35% improvement in daily active users within the GATE and JEE modules.

Defining Persona
The journey of a GATE aspirant is marked by high stakes, immense pressure, and a vast syllabus. Primary challenge was to transform the Nio Practice platform into a tool that not only delivers content but actively reduces cognitive load, boosts engagement, and makes learning more efficient and less stressful.
