NIO Practice is an AI-powered exam preparation platform supporting students across competitive exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, GATE, CLAT, and UPSC. It offers 10,000+ questions, PYQs, mock tests, and an AI chatbot to deliver personalized, structured learning through an intuitive interface. The platform focuses on smart practice, topic-level mastery, and real-time performance tracking to boost exam readiness.
Users feel overwhelmed and need clearer guidance to make confident choices.

The journey of a GATE aspirant is marked by high stakes, immense pressure, and a vast syllabus. The primary challenge was to transform the Nio Practice platform into a tool that not only delivers content but actively reduces cognitive load, boosts engagement, and makes learning more efficient and less stressful.
This chart visualises the most significant challenges faced by two key user personas with distinct pain points: Ambitious Ansh and Struggling Sameera, guiding our design principles.
